I was added onto a lease in Woodland Hills California on November 1, 2016, since then I have worked full time and not spent much time at the townhouse (rental) - however, during that time, I have been taunted, bullied, knocks on my bedroom door with notes posted on it, slamming of doors deliberately, pot smoking inside the house, and there was another individual who moved in with cats which I am severely allergic to. I was not informed about this person moving in with animals neither was the leasing office. One of the roommates also has a 45 pound shar pei, which is unkept and lived in the room I moved into on the basis that the carpets would be professionally cleaned which they were not. I paid out of pocket to have my bedroom carpets cleaned because it was black and filthy and embedded with dog hair. I've been waking up every morning sneezing constantly, eyes burning and watering. The leasing office is also not aware of the dog living in the property. If this person brings in cats, I will have severe allergic reactions. Neither of the roommates have cared to inform me about the animals and are retaliating because I took it upon myself to let the leasing office know about them, not only because they were avoiding payment, but because of my own health and safety. … read more
