I recently saw a charge of $809 on my apartment building
I recently saw a charge of $809 on my apartment building payment account. I called to ask where this was coming from, since I have always paid all rent and additional fees in full every month, and the assistant manager said it was charges for trash and parking from April-June 2020 that the previous management company forgot to charge me. I went on to ask her if I could apply my $500 amenity fee that I was charged when I initially moved in since the amenities were closed all year due to COVID and I didn't get the chance to use them. She said no because its a previous transaction done by the old management company, but does that not apply to this previous mistake done by the old management company? … read more
