yes if something breaks landlord is suppose to fix it an we pay a home warranty 60$ fee on service. today is friday tues the hot water nob came off on tub during attempting shower an water sprayed out. had to turn off house water to stop it. notified landlord an she did not get it fixed, threatened my wife to file a suit for us damaging property.
