I ALOUD TO HELP THIS PERSON I ACTUALLY WORKED WITH BEFORE JHE LOST HIS JOB. AND HIOS MOM DIED AND HE WENT DOWN HILL AT THAT POINT. HE CALLS ME UP ONE DAY ASKING AND PLEADING FOR HELP AND HE DID CARE IF IT WAS A SHED, HE JUST WANTED SOME PLACE TO QUIET TO GET HIS HEAD BACK TOGETHER AND TIME TO GET BACK ON HIS FEET AGAIN, SO WITH THAT SAID I WENT AHEAD AND ALOUD HIM TO STAY IN ONE OF MY SHEDS AS I HAD JUST BOUGHT THE PLACE AND WAS MOVING IN MYSELF WITH MY MOM THATS 87 YEARS OLD. MY AGREEMENT WITH HIM INSTEAD OF RENT KNOWING HE HAD NO INCOME AT THE TIME, HE WAS TO DO WORK AROUND THE HOME AND TAKE TRASH OUT ON TRASH DAYS TO HELP ME OUT. SO FAR HES BEEN HERE FOR 1 YR 3 MONTH. HE COST ME MORE MONEY I DONT HAVE, SINCE NOW I PAY A HOUSE NOTE EVERY MONTH AND OTHER BILLS BUT I'VE LOST FURNITURE I LET HIM USE AND HAD TO THROW OUT ECAUSE OF BED BUGS HE BROUGHT INTO THAT SHED SO COST ME FOR ALL O GET RID OF THEM CAUSE NOW PUTS MY MOM AT RISK AND LOST MY NEW 10 SPEED BIKE I USED FOR MY JOB, COST ME ELECTRICITY TO RUN EXTRA AIR CONDITIONER FOR SUMMER MONTHS ALONG USING EXTRA LIGHTS AND SO ON......I ALSO FED HIM WHEN HE HAD NO FOOD, BORROWED LITTLE MONEY, BUT I GOT NOTHING IN RETURN AS WE AGREED WHEN I LET HIM IN. HE FINALLY GOT HIMSELF A GOOD PAYING JOB $1400.00 EVERY 2 WEEKS BUT NEVER OFFED ME ANY OF HIS MONEY KNOWING NOW IM HAVING A HARD TIME PAYING MY BILLS. I ASKED HIM TO LOOK FOR ANOTBHER PLACE TO LIVE NOW HES MAKING MONEY AND NOW WITH THIS VIRUS GOING ON MY MOTHER IS A HIGH RISK OF GETTING IT WITH HER ILLNESSES SHE HAS AND DOESNT FEEL SAFE WITH HIM AROUND. HE NOW IS SAYING HE WILL NOT LEAVE AND HE IS STAYING. NOTHING WAS EVER PUT IN WRITING AND HE IS USING MY YARD FOR HIS TOILETING AND I WILL NOT TALORATE THAT CAUSE OF MY DOGS I HAVE AND IT BECOMES A HEALTH ISSUE. I NEED HIM OUT ASAP.
