Hello, Due to the COVID-19 our daughter college has shut down(face to face) learning and will finish the school year remotely. The school encourages any student that was able to return home to adhere to the state order to say at home for health safety.. Our daughter who also did work on campus to help pay for her rent, the job was canceled. She has moved out and returned home and will not be going back until next year. Her rental lease still has three months remaining. California Governor did sign an executive order putting and 90 day hold on eviction on rents and mortgages, due to the COVID-19 impact. She has sent email to the leasing company explaining reasons for move out and not returning. She also included both executive state orders.
