I would like to know if I have a case. My lease term would be ending on the 10th of August and according to the lease agreement, I am required to send in a 60 day written notice. However, as stated in my lease contract, the apartment is to send me a written reminder not more than 90 days nor less than 5 day before the 60 day deadline and if they fail to do so, 30 days is still required.The apartment failed to hold up their end of the lease and did not send the reminder till after the deadline and only gave us 5 days to respond.
