How can I help?Customer: My family is just about to get evict it from our landlord after we have lived here for 7 years with no issue with rent payments but maintenance issues and mold problem which he failed to disclose before we move in. He does not want to deal with any problems as they arise but collected rent payment every month. When this happened he decided to give us 60 days noticed but made an agreement to extend our rent if we cannot find any places to live right away.
