I got eviction notice. Az. Well I just got it today, but
What steps have you taken so far?Customer: Well I just got it today, but before hand on 10-31-19 my lease was up with Solomon ridge . I had then do a walk through and they ask me to get a renters insurance . So I did that , then they were supposed to make me a new lease but never did . So in October I unfortunately had to be in the hospital for emergency surgery. Witch made me my pay off ,on top of it my job didn't pay me the full amount on my check . I literally only got 300$ . When before the hospital stay I had been doing extra hours. Anyway by the time 11-1-19 came around I only had 300$and I have two kids so I had to by food , and personal stuff and w.e I can for bills. So at Solono ridge apartments reant is considered late my the 3rd . So after that they add a 100$ late fees on top of that they add 5$ for everyday it's not paid. On 11-4-19 I called the renters assistance program and was lucky to get a appointment. On 11-5-19 I went to the manager office, I had to walk up there 4-5 times to finauly even talk to her. So once I did get to talk with her ,I explained why I was unable to pay rent. Then told her that I have a appointment with the renter assistance program. Then ask if she was familiar with the program. She said yes she was , so I ask her for the paperwork needed in order for me to get help. I need it a lease agreement and the 5day notice. So she said I don't have the updated lease yet . I told if she can give me the old one. She agreed and gave it to me, she then made a 5day notice for me. So it's not 12-6-19 and I go to my appointment, and I wasn't able to get the help due to the manager not putting the right address on the 5day notice and my lease not being updated. The lady said if she can talk to the manager she be able to help with held at least. Mind you I called the manager office before my appointment that day . To tell them that they gave me the wrong info , the man in the office said ohh well the manager isnt here right now and that he was going make my lease right then . So I told him I'll be calling you again in a couple minutes so I can talk to the manager, and have them email the new lease, he said ok . Anyway the lady at the renters assistance place wasn't able to reach her . Really disappointed by that , so I end up getting a voicemail from manager office. Saying that they emailed me a copy of the new lease on 11-12-19. I checked it and. Nothing was sent . So at this point I'm waiting for 11-18-19 it's Monday again and I'm trying to call the renters assistance program and I been unable to get through . 11- 20-19 Received a call saying the man needs my email he doesn't have it on file . At this point with fees and all the amount went up so before I sign it I wanted to ask if they drop the late fees due to them taking long to do there part . The manager had came by my apt on 11-22-19 @9:30 am but I was at work and I missed her. On 11-23-19 I went up to the office to talk to the manager, to ask her to drop my late fees, and ask for a promise to by my next check. I should have by 11-29-19 . But there office was closed due to remodeling witch I didn't get a notice saying it be closed. So now here we are today and they sent me evction… read more
