I'm wondering about my lease and my rights. state. None. I
None. I have spoken with my landlord about moving out and he is saying I need to give 30 days notice. I pushed back my move date but I signed a 6 month lease that expired in March. He has so far not provided me with evidence of that in the lease. Also the lease was a internet print out that was radically modified with none of the modifications initialled even when I said I thought that was necessary. Are those modifications still valid? I was never given a copy of the lease and I am waiting for a copy still … read more
