Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney and will try my best to help with your situation. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I type out an answer or reply.

.

It definitely sounds like the place was dirty and not like a new place... But the problem here is that while there are a lot of little things, none of them would make the property uninhabitable so as to give you legal grounds to terminate the tenancy and vacate.

.

So at this point you need to take pictures of all the problems and keep them in a file somewhere so you are not charged for anything at the end of your lease because you only have to return it in the same condition that you received it in, normal wear and tear excepted..

.

With that said, you need to document everything in writing and make sure that you put all repair requests in writing to the landlord because it sounds like you may be dealing with a landlord who doesn't take care of their properties very well..

.

.

thanks
