Phoenix, AZ I have a neighbor upstairs and their son is
Phoenix, AZ I have a neighbor upstairs and their son is jumping on the floor, running, throwing and banging things on the floor and he's making my therapy dog and myself very nervous. He is quiet when the mother is the only one home, but, when the father comes back, he let his son make all the noise that he wants, and if the mother says anything, he yells at her, the father came back permanently in Oct. I've been living here for 3 months, and it was qjuiet until the father moved in, ever since then, when theirs all the noise, my dog is shaking scared, won't eat, runs into the bedroom and won't come out until its quiet. So when the father is gone its quiet, and when he's here, it sounds like the ceiling is going to come down. they don't have carpet either, which makes it even louder. I called the police, and they just gave me a case number ***** told me he can't do anything, to get a pro bono lawyer and have them make the mgr. do something. I've talked to the mgr. and all she said was, That apt. living. I've lived in alot of apartments with children living upstairs and they are all very well behaved, but, this kid is spoiled when the dad is around. I even was in an apt. that the kid upstairs jumped and ran so much that it cracked my ceiling, and it loosened the light fixture in the kitchen, and the whole thing fell down and hit the floor, and I got a piece of the light plastic cover in my leg. Can you please help me. I just moved and I don't have the funds to move again, so I'm in a big situation. I'm disabled, have 16 compressed discs in my neck and back, and need lumbar injections, and this place isn't going to be a peaceful place for me to recover. I'm going to have those done in the next couple weeks. Please help me. I'm in alot of pain, and a shot nervous system sure doesn't help healing at all. … read more
