Customer Question

I am a renter (sold home) ADA issues (have plaque). I am on UCSF Transplant List Renting at StoneLake Apartments in Elk Grove California 95758. Have, in my opinion numerous issues. Managers unwilling to provide documentation. Now, brand new staff indicate I gave failed to provide written notice when I paid my rent. They are charging me for (approximately $4,000 for breaking Lease Agreement) and November 2016 rent.
Issues inclusive but not limited to Marijuana Smoking; Excessive Noise all night from Apartment above; teenagers congregating, my dog always ill; numerous work orders etc. Discovered prior residents were arrested, used drugs excessively

Hello, my name is ***** ***** I will try to help you. Please remember I just report or interpret the law, so the outcome may not be what you hoped for.

What documentation has the landlord refused to provide? What kind of notice were you to provide when you paid your rent that is now an issue? What are the numerous issues that you believe justified breaking the lease?
