Tenant gave his 30 day notice in AZ and then the water heater started to leak.Tenant decided to move into a hotel till move out time.Question what is tenants rights. Lordlord tried in vain to have it replaced but wasn't able to. Is Landlord responsible to pay the hotel bill.note. Tenant did not pay rent that month so he was on breach of contract.
