I have a niece that's living in the house my two siblings

Customer Question

I have a niece that's living in the house my two siblings and I own. My brother passed in late November and she paid one of the back years taxes so she could still stay in the house. She claims now that she shouldn't have to pay anything because she said her dad gave her the house. She has 7 other siblings. My brother had no will and his medical bills have a lien against the house. How can we get her out before losing the house to taxes and his medical bills?
