My tenants are in a dispute. One of them has a judge ordered

Customer Question

My tenants are in a nasty dispute. One of them has a judge ordered restraining order against the other to stay 500 feet away from the other. But she's on the lease and I want her off the lease. What can I do?

Does your lease allow for any termination rights by you as the landlord? Another alternative is to petition the court that awarded the restraining order to have them leave the premises and you release them from the lease.
