Im in a bit of a situation, No, I recently moved to LA from
I recently moved to LA from VA beach about 4-5 months ago. I had one day to move out here and I moved in with a person who I vaguely knew. She told me she had a limit of rent she didn't want to go over because she had some personal things to take care of such as grad school to pay off along with buying a new car. I agreed to this because I had no idea where to live and i felt like i could pay more than her to help her out since she has all of that to pay for. Later on i had some family issues where I had to help my family with money back home.. I noticed she never bought her car and when I asked her she said no i don't think i will anymore.. So I asked her if she can pay a little more so that can help me out when it comes to rent with my situation. She said no we had a verbal agreement and that I need to keep my side of it. I then said I would have but after knowing that she isn't going to buy a car and that she goes out a lot etc.. that I am assuming she can pay more for her rent. I then asked her if she could release me from the rent and that I would find her a replacement that will pay my end. She said fine you can find someone but she won't release me. I asked her why she simply said because i don't want to. She told me she doesn't like me nor trust me etc.. and yet doesn't want to sign the release … read more
