I was planing to move to another city. so I found another tenant and transfered my remaining of lease to him few days ago. we sighnes a new contract in landlord office.
then my plan is changed and I need my apartment. I did not move out yet. can I get my contract back?

You need to get the Tenant to back out and then sign another lease with the Landlord. Otherwise, you have to move out.
