Ask a landlord-tenant lawyer and get answers ASAP
You can take landlord to court if needed. Practically, you can ask the police to escort you with the order to remove.
File in court to hold them in contempt of court order, award legal fees, compel compliance, award additional damages.
A lawyer could also send a letter to landlord with a warning and demand for compliance and damages first.
He should not have removed it yet, and it should be there for without expiration since not abandoned, and given the court order.
That said, i would move on this quickly. Kindly rate me positively. Good luck!
