Customer Question

I live on 10 acres of someone else's land , this land has 2 mobile homes on it , one of which I own , 2 trailers and one open space ready to have something put on it. All the others the property owner owns and rents out. I've been here since Jan. 5, 2013. Here is my problem, is this considered a mobile home park or are we under those rules ? also there has never been anything in writing .

Its not a mobile home park from facts mentioned. There are tenancies. Since nothing in writing, its month to month and subject to the practices of the parties. It would be prudent to have something in writing confirming at least rent, term, easement etc.
