Customer Question

my sister bought a house and allowed our brother to move into it. he agreed to pay for all of his own utilities and the upkeep of the house. there was a written agreement made. he moved out of it after almost 2 years without letting either of us know. the house is filled with mold, damages in ceiling and walls, and the basement is flooded with sewage. what can we do legally.

Thank you for using JustAnswer.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. So just to be clear, you had no ownership interest in this house, so when you say "what can we do..." you are really asking about her options?
