Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney who will try my very best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I research statutes or ordinances and type out an answer or reply, but rest assured, I am working on your question.

.

I have read your comments, but I am not exactly sure what your legal question is?

.

Are you saying that you decided not to exercise the option to purchase and then the landlord is trying to hold you responsible for additional rent?

.

Did you ever agree to the added on part about converting to a full year lease?

.

Do you have a copy of your original signed lease?

.

.

thanks
