I was terminated today. My contract states that if i get terminated i would get 60 days written notice. I did not get any notice of any kind. Do i have a case?

Thank you for the information and your question, however, I am a bit confused about your situation. Are you talking about being terminated from a job or from a lease (this question in under landlord-tenant law)? If from a job, are you saying that your employer is not going to pay you an extra 60 days pay after your termination today? Is there anything in your contract that allows for early termination?
