I am sorry to hear about this situation. The UD judgment must follow its normal interlocutory appellate procedure. Whether the Court of Appeal is the 3RD District depends on where the UD was filed.
However, one may have a better option. If the cases are related, one can file for a stay with the appellate court (3rd District) within the ownership case. Given that the eviction is based on disagreement of ownership on which the 3RD district is currently considering, the Court may agree.
