I signed a year's lease and moved in to my home May 3rd last year in Las Vegas, NV. I just notified the management company that I will be moving out at the end of April. I was informed that I am breaking my lease if I leave prior to the end of May, owe for May, will also owe a month's penalty and will forfeit my deposit. I have resided in the home 2 days short of 12 full months and believe that I have fulfilled the lease. What recourse do I have?
