Customer Question
My wife and I want...
My wife and I want to evict her son from our house. He is 23 tears old and has violent outbursts. Its just a matter of time before something bad goes down. He pays nothing for rent and does nothing to help.
We are sick of him and want him gone. We are even considering giving him the move out cost just because we want him gone quick.
My question is....Should I do a 30 day notice with a formal eviction notice as a back up plan incase we have trouble getting him to leave, therefore the US Marshall can kick him out, where if that happens he will get no help with the moving cost from us.

It worked great. I had the facts and I presented them to my ex-landlord and she folded and returned my deposit. The 50 bucks I spent with you solved my problem.
