I have a rental condo, which is being managed by a rental

Customer Question

I have a rental condo, which is being managed by a rental company. They have rented it for two months, starting 11/9. They tell me they will pay me a month after the tenant leaves, which in this case would be 2/9/2016. The previous rental company I had
would pay me month by month as the tenant was there. I'm wondering if there is a time limit/frame for them to reimburse me.

You should be paid monthly, and not as suggested. This is common practice. It is also normally included in your agreement with the management company that would provide for when payments are issued, which is normally monthly and typically within 7-10 days of receipt of the rent.

Is that clear and acceptable? If I can clarify anything, please ask me.
