Customer Question

Hello there, I have a water leak and the city turned my water off, the landlord send a plumber to have it evaluated. However she does not want to pay the amount he is asking for. Landlord wants to wait till Saturday till her personal plumber arrives, she did tell me I could go and turn the water on and off when needed. That is very inconvenient for me, but I am willing to do this if she of course pays the water bill. Please advice.

Thank you for your question. Please permit me to assist you with your concerns.

If I may ask, in what state is this taking place in? Also, is this leak somehow the fault of the tenant, or just a leak due to the premises itself? Please advise.
