Customer Question

I am currently renting a house with water so bad, it has ruined my clothes, dishes, cookware and linens. We have to buy water to drink and I am now taking laundry outside of the home.
In addition, the windows were painted shut and non-functioning. After complaining, the landlord cut through the paint, but I still cannot open & shut them without much difficulty. They also have rotting and molding wood around the frame and do not stay open without a brace. In no way, could my family escape a fire easily.
Neither of these things were disclosed to me prior to signing a lease. Do I have reason to terminate my lease?
