My landlord just removed everything i own and threw it out some things can never be replaced ....i had no notice no legal action taken against me we have never been to court and i was never served with an eviction notice. What can i do.

File a lawsuit against your landlord for "conversion" (the civil equivalent of theft), "breach of contract" (your lease agreement), "illegal eviction", "damage to personal property" and "trespass"
