Hello, Has the landlord accepted payment for all of the past late rent payments? On what date (approximately) was the last late payment? Does the tenant have a 6-12 month lease, or is this a month-to-month rental? Is the rental unit subject to the Los Angeles Housing Department rent control ordinance?
