Your landlord is 2 months overdue on returning your deposit. The California Courts have a very helpful site to help tenants dispute security deposit claims with their landlords (here: http://www.courts.ca.gov/1049.htm).And the California Attorney General has a good article on the rules that your landlord was supposed to follow as well as some tips to help you resolve this dispute: http://www.dca.ca.gov/publications/landlordbook/sec-deposit.shtml
