Customer Question

I have moved out to Ohio and I had got a job where I was terminated from recently, and now moving back to California, but I am in a lease agreement and my Landlord is threating to evict me from my condo. Is there some type of hardship I clause? Please help me as I don't have the finances to pay rent?

What type of lease was it? Was it a normal 1 year lease or did it happen to be month to month? Did you terminate your lease or just abandon it?
