I have a lease purchase agreement years, I only owe

Customer Question

I have a lease purchase agreement for four years, I only owe $5,886.00 on my loan with them. They are evicting me for non payment but they never deliveried my 5 day notice and they told me I had to the 15th to purchase my home or get out. When my dad went there on the 15th with the $5886.00 they told him it was too late. Now I have the $5,886.00 to purchase my home will the judge let me pay it or will I lose my home and my $25,000.00 I already paid?
