I was served a 5 day notice to terminate my verbal free agreement

i was served a 5 day notice to terminate my verbal free agreement
on the 6th day i was served an eviction notice by a constable that unlocked my front door and walked in ,never identifying themself
i answered deined to all allegation on the summons ,my court date is in 4 hours ,
i would like to know if by entering a locked door to serve me is illegal and would make the serve illegal ?

they taped to the door the 5 day notice to pay or vacate and the 5 day notice to end the lease,
there has never been any lease signed by me ,does the landlord have the right to terminate a lease that was never written up or signed by either party ?
