I have already signed my lease and have been living in my apartment

Customer Question

I have already signed my lease and have been living in my apartment for 2 weeks. I provided may landlord my last 5 paystubs when I signed my lease and now my apartment complex is asking for my most recent one. Do I have to give it them.

If the landlord has also signed the lease, and the lease does has nothing in it that requires you to submit additional pay stubs, then you do not have to submit additional pay stubs. You should have assigned lease in your hand though, and read it carefully.
