We are trying to let go of our onsite manager 40 unit

Customer Question

we are trying to let go of our onsite manager for our 40 unit apt building. He's 80 years old and not really able to do his job but we seem to have forgotten? to have him sign the contract when he first started years ago. What can we do? How do we part amicably? He and his wife are in need of medical attention and seems like they have NO intention of leaving.
