In my apt, the building-provided oven was broken for approximately 9-10 months (even though we reported it promptly after it broke), then after that time period, a new oven was attempted to be installed But they had some issues installing it, so we were left without an oven + stove for 40 days When the stove was installed, the super caused a gas leak in the apt, which he ignored at first, and when we reported it to him he told us to light the stove to check!
