I own a property in Sonoma County California and my tenant
I own a property in Sonoma County California and my tenant is claiming that something in the home is causing her health problems. The tenant has messaged late in the evening numerous times saying I have to stay the night in a hotel because something in the home is causing my asthma to act up. There is not any evidence of a mold problem in the home. We realize that we have to be sensitive to our tenant's complaints but is has become too much. What needs to be done to make sure we have properly addressed the tenants concerns? Can we evict the tenant without worry? … read more
