VerifiedHello my name is ***** ***** I am a Master automotive technician. I’m sorry to hear you are having this issue with your Kia Soul EV today. However if the 12v service battery was a problem the car would not move at all. If you have a public charging station near by you may want to try that first just to be sure it’s not your home charging station that is the issue. If it still won’t take a charge you will need to get the vehicle into your local Kia dealer to get it diagnosed and repaired as these cars require special tools to accurately diagnose the condition and programming of modules when replacing them that the average shop is not going to have. Being only 1.5 years old and 8k miles it should be covered under warranty tho. But I highly recommend you try I different charging station first if possible.
