With what you have described here it sounds like you may have triggered the silent alarm.

Try locking and unlocking the doors with the key or remote and see if they then turn off. In some cases, this works. If this does not work then this can indicate there is a fault with one of your vehicles security components.

What would need to be done from here is to have a fully compatible scan tool/computer plugged into your vehicles data port that can read all computers in your model to see what codes are set. If any codes are set then those codes are then diagnosed to then locate and repair the faulty security component.

I have seen where a faulty door latch position sensor will send a false signal that the door is locked and opened at the same time even if it is unlocked when opened and I have had to replace the latch in the past before for this fault here. If your vehicle is still under factory warranty then it is a good idea to allow a dealer to diagnose and repair this at no charge to you. Any tampering done yourself can void some of the warranty coverage.
