1999 kia sportage no voltage on blue/white wires on blower motor
JA: Have you checked all the fuses? Do you have a wiring diagram?
Customer: Fuses good believe fuse 9 for blower and fuse 61 for relay
JA: Are you fixing your Sportage yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Have replace everything except wiring harness with parts that checked out including blower, relay, resistor, speed switch.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Have heard online of issues with connectors on fuse panel

Check to see if the 30 amp HEATER fuse on interior fuse box is blown, if not check to see if there is power at fuse. Let me know, thanks.
