Hello, my name is ***** ***** I'm here to help get your problem solved.

It sounds like your brake light switch has probably failed. Disconnect switch located on top of brake pedal then jump the black wire to green wire, if brake lights turn on it means switch needs to be replaced. Make sure both black wires have good power. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.

I have replaced the brake light switch and the stop light relay.

Ok then it sounds like a wiring problem so we need to test wiring. At relay pins 2 and 3 should have power at all times. Pin 4 should have power when brakes are pressed. Pin 5 should have ground and jumping pin 2 to pin 1 should turn on brake lights. Let me know, thanks.
