Hi, my name is ***** ***** with the AWD on this, it is always in 4wd, the low button just lowers the gear ratio, when you select low, you hqave to be in park or nuetral, and your foot on the brake to get it into low, did you do this?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Tried in neutral, but can try again. Would it make a shifting sound if working?
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Also, would 4wd low show on light panel?
Expert:  Tim Mohr replied 9 months ago.

Yes, it should show on the panel when its in low, and you will know when driving, do not put it low on dry pavement, only when its slick,Tim
