Hello and welcome to Justanswer!

If the key won't turn to the lock position to remove it then odds are it's still seeing the that the transmission is not in park. The problem may simply be at that the shifter isn't fully in park, or there could be something preventing it from going into park such as physical blockage or cable adjustment. Keep in mind that the vehicle will still be under basic warranty and if a repair is necessary it will be covered at your dealer.
