Kia Sorento 2012. Gauges not working. Speedometer not

Customer Question

Customer: Kia Sorento 2012. Gauges not working. Speedometer not working. The only thing that seems to be functioning is that it knows the car is in Park, Reverse, etc... I have checked fuses and all seem to be fine.
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: Everything in the vehicle seems to be working. Nothing on the drivers console seems to working other than the Gear indicator. Odometer is not working.
JA: OK got it. Last thing — JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $18) to post your type of question to Kia Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. Are you willing to wait a bit?
Customer: sure
JA: OK. Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.

Thanks for your patience. You're going to need to remove the cluster and check the following wires for voltage and ground

12v with key on

Pins 8 and 7

Connector MO1-A

Continuity to ground

Pins 2 and 16
Connector MO1-B

I'll post info below on pulling the cluster and the connector pin outs. Let me know how things go and we can work further.
