Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

There should be no signs of oil on the tips of the spark plugs so before you work on finding out why it will not correct voltage to the fuel pump the first thing you need to do is remove all the spark plugs and run a complete engine compression test. Post back with the results and we can work from there.

Compression is good
Expert:  Ron replied 1 year ago.

Okay if the compression is okay are the spark plugs still fouling with oil?

Oil fouled spark plugs will not usually fire. You need to determine the cause of the oil fouling the spark plugs.
