Hi. I understand the car does not actually start up and run. But does the engine sound like it is turning over and is trying to start and run?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No...the starter don't spin.....the battery is good

I feel like the starter may be bad.....or maybe the silenoid
Expert:  EricFromCT replied 1 year ago.

It would most likely be the starter. To verify, you could have someone tap on it with a hammer while trying to start it. Or the preferred method of using a test light and checking for power to the starter on the small wire, when trying to start it.
