Customer Question

Check engine came on today i am wondering what might be causing this. I notice that the car is running rough between 20 and 40 mph but has no problems speeding up. Last night when I cranked it the engine suddenly raved up and I had to hit the brakes.

Prior to any repair or parts, you need to have the Vehicle Scanned for Trouble Codes.
When the "Check Engine" Light comes on, it stores "Trouble Codes" in the vehicle Computer
Scanning the Vehicle will typically reveal the issue & Trouble Codes & provide a better way of pinpointing the problem
There are many things that can cause the Check Engine Light to come on, so rather than "guess", have the vehicle scanned first
Many Auto Parts Stores will scan for FREE
Otherwise Shops or Dealer may charge
