I have a 2000 kia sportage I change the fuel pump the fuel filter the fuel relay switch an still seem it not getting no gas or cranking

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
If the fuel pump doesn't run and the starter doesn't engage then odds are the engine controller isn't awake.
If fuses are good then odds are the ECM itself has failed but some electrical testing would need to be done to confirm it before replacing it. A scan tool should be used to verify that the ECM won't communicate. If not then the ECM powers and grounds should be load tested to ensure it isn't missing a power feed due to a wiring issue. If the powers and grounds are good but it isn't awake then it can be condemned.
