Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Patriot yourself? What have you tried so far?

Yea I'll be fixing my self and right now I'm trying to remove the door panel

There are two ways we can do testing. You can remove the switch or remove the panel and get to the motor

Do you feel comfortable with applying voltage and ground to the circuits? If not, based on the information you gave and the wiring diagram, I would replace the switch

Disconnect the switch. You will need two jumper wires.

Find the Pink/yellow wire and the Black/light blue wire.

When you are ready, jumper the pink/yellow wire to the orange/brown by back probing the connector or other means you can come up with. You can use sewing needles or T pins.

Next jumper the Black/light blue to orange/violet wire. Once you have the wires in place and not touching, turn the ignition on engine off. The window should roll up.
